How much does it cost?
Our packages start from $32pp for all-you-can-eat main pizzas. Package 2 (entrée, main & dessert) is $37pp. Packages 3 & 4 with pork ribs or pecorino pasta are $45pp. D.I.Y pizza trailer hire is $550. Gelato starts at $380 (D.I.Y) or $1,000 (served package for up to 120 guests). Bar hire packages available — contact us for a tailored quote.
What's the minimum guest count?
Minimum 30 adults (or minimum spend) from January–October, and 40 adults (or minimum spend) November–December for Illawarra/Shellharbour. Outside those areas, minimums are 50 adults (Jan–Oct) or 60 adults (Nov–Dec) plus a travel fee. A $200 deposit locks in your booking, with full payment due 2 weeks before the event.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
Yes — we can accommodate dietary requirements on request. Our gelato range also includes vegan, lactose-free and sorbet options. Please note: while every effort is made to cater for allergies, we cannot guarantee foods will be completely free of traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy or shellfish.
How long is the service?
Service hours depend on the size of your group and event setup. Our pizza chefs come with a food runner and serve all-you-can-eat pizza on paddle boards for your guests to grab slices. Unlike other vendors, if we're already catering food or beverages, we'll hang around longer to keep serving.
Can I add gelato or bar hire?
Absolutely. D.I.Y gelato hire starts from $380 (2 × 5L tubs) or $750 (4 × 5L tubs) — we drop off the benchtop freezer and you serve. Our served package is $1,000 for up to 120 guests with a serving attendant and our retro 2000 Olympic Coca-Cola restored cart. Choose from 40+ gelato flavours, 11 sorbets and 8 vegan options. Bar hire comes in 3 tiers: BYO (you supply, we serve), Beer & Wine, or Beer/Wine/Spirits & Cocktails. All bar packages include minimum 4-hour serving (~6 hrs total with setup), 2+ RSA staff, barware, glassware and chilled fridges. Minimum 30 guests for bar hire. Cocktail menu features Espresso Martini, Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Limoncello Martini and more.
Do you travel outside Illawarra?
Yes — we regularly service the South Coast, Southern Highlands, Sutherland Shire, Sydney surrounds and beyond. A travel fee applies for events outside our core Illawarra/Shellharbour zone, and minimum guest counts are higher (50–60 adults depending on season).
How do you bring pizzas out?
We bring out a mix of pizzas of the menu or you can pre choose pizzas. Our servers will bring pizzas to a table buffet style.
